I couldn't tell you how many smoothie bowls I've made in my life, but honestly, that's only because I worked at a smoothie shop for a while. I've taken my inspiration from my favorite smoothies & combined them to perfect my version of a strawberry/banana/peanut butter bowl! It's quick, easy, and cheap.

Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • ½ Milk of your choice (I personally like to use almond milk)

  • *If you want the consistency thicker, use ⅓ cup*

  • 1 Banana

  • ½ Cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ Cup Fresh Strawberries

  • 1 Tbs Flax seeds

  • 1 Tbs Coconut shreds

  • 1 Cup Granola (my favorite is Nature's Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Plus)

  • 2 Tbs Peanut butter

Instructions

In the blender:

  1. Milk

  2. Half of a banana (or a handful of frozen bananas)

  3. Handful of frozen strawberries

  4. Tbs of peanut butter

  5. /2 Cup of granola

  6. Once its blended & poured into bowl:

  7. /2 Cup of granola

  8. Slice/add the second half of the banana

  9. Slice/add fresh strawberries

  10. Tbs of peanut butter

  11. Tbs of coconut shreds

  12. Tbs of flax seeds
